White Label Guidelines

(Applies to all custom blends)

  1. Regulatory Responsibility
    Custom white-label blends are made to order and not tested or certified by any regulatory authority. Ingredients are considered safe for their intended use (topical oils; food-grade powders/herbs, except Blue Lotus, please read more here), the final product has not undergone safety or stability testing.

  2. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
    Ingredient details are for education and sensory purposes only. No health or therapeutic claims are made.

  3. Buyer’s Responsibility
    Buyers must handle safety/stability testing, labeling, and compliance with cosmetic, food, or supplement regulations in their region. Ayamani Naturals is not liable for outcomes, reactions, or regulatory issues. Use, market and sell at your own discretion and seek professional guidance when needed.

  4. Returns & Refunds
    All sales are final. Refunds or returns are only accepted if an error occurs on my end (e.g., wrong ingredients or major production issue).

  5. Turnaround Time
    Production takes 7–21 business days depending on volume/ingredient availability. Rush orders may be possible but are not guaranteed.

  6. Communication & Approvals
    Once your request is submitted, I’ll follow up with any questions. You’ll receive a quote and timeline before production. Blends are only created after your written approval of formula and pricing.

🧪 Sampling & Blend Adjustments

Because all blends are made to order, regular sampling isn’t available. Instead, I can hold off on final packaging and send a small portion of your paid batch as a test sample. This lets you try it before the blend is finalized.

Here’s how the process works:

  • Samples are taken from your full, prepaid batch (e.g., 1 of 25 roller bottles, 20g out of a 1kg blend). If you’d prefer not to reduce your final count, you may pre-pay for an extra unit.

  • Adjustments can be made by adding ingredients (e.g., stronger scent or more of x ingredient), but not by removing what’s already blended.

  • Up to 3 rounds of adjustments are included at no extra cost, unless changes significantly affect ingredient or labor costs.

  • If a full reformulation is needed, a small extra fee will apply to cover wasted materials; I’ll always check in before charging extra fees.

  • Sample shipping costs are paid by the customer.
    Free shipping only applies to the final completed order; all sample shipments must be paid by the buyer.
