B2B CUSTOM BLENDS
White Label Guidelines
(Applies to all custom blends)
Regulatory Responsibility
Custom white-label blends have not been tested, certified, or approved by any regulatory authority, as they are made to-order. While all ingredients used are considered safe for their respective uses (topical application for oils; food-grade for powders and herbs, except Blue Lotus, please read more here), the final product has not undergone safety or stability testing. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
Ingredient descriptions are offered solely for educational purposes and sensory appreciation. No claims regarding health, healing, or therapeutic effects are made.Buyer’s Responsibility
For white-label products, it is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct appropriate safety and stability testing, ensure accurate product labeling, comply with cosmetic, food, and/or herbal supplement regulations in their country or market. Ayamani Naturals accepts no liability for product outcomes, consumer reactions, or legal/regulatory issues. Use at your own discretion and consult qualified professionals when necessary.Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted unless an error was made on my end (e.g. incorrect ingredients or major production issue).Turnaround Time
Typical production time is 7–21 business days depending on volume and complexity. Rush orders may be possible on request, but are not guaranteed.Communication & Approvals
Once your request is submitted, I’ll review your form and follow up with any questions. A quote and estimated delivery time will be shared before production begins. No blend will be created without your written approval of the formula and pricing.
🧪 Sampling & Blend Adjustments
Please note: Regular sampling is not available, as all custom blends are made to-order in full batch quantities based on the minimum order (MOQ) once your order has been confirmed and paid.
However, what I can offer is the option to withhold full packaging until the final blend is approved, and instead package a small portion of your full blend to send you as a test sample. This allows you to try the product and request adjustments before your blend is finalized.
Here’s how the process works:
The test sample is drawn from your already paid full batch, no additional product is made. For example, if your order includes 25 roller bottles and one is sent as a sample, the final shipment will include the remaining 24 bottles. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to receive a sample without reducing your final quantity, you're welcome to pre-pay for an additional unit.
Based on your feedback, I can adjust the blend by adding to it (e.g., more of a specific ingredient or stronger scent). Ingredients can of course not be removed from the existing batch.
If a full reformulation is needed, a small extra fee will apply to cover wasted materials; I’ll always check in before charging extra fees.
You’re welcome to request up to three rounds of adjustments at no extra cost. Your price will only change if the revisions significantly impact ingredient or labor costs.
Shipping costs for the test sample are covered by the customer.
Free shipping only applies to the final completed order; all sample shipments must be paid by the buyer.
🌿 Available Ingredients
If you don’t see what you need, feel free to ask, I can often source additional ingredients.
*Ingredients marked with an asterisk are not typically kept in stock, but can be acquired upon request.
Sourcing of ingredients not in stock will lengthen production times.
