Our ceremonial-grade cacao paste is raw, pure, and minimally processed, just as nature intended. Because of this, it is sensitive to heat and may soften, melt, or lose shape during transit, especially in warmer months (June-September)
While I store all cacao in a refrigerated environment before chopping and dispatch, please note:
- Once your order leaves my facility, I have no control or responsibility over how it is handled or the temperatures it is exposed to during shipping.
- Melting does not affect the quality or usability of the cacao. It may arrive in a softer or reshaped form, but it is still perfectly usable and ceremonial-grade.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued for melted or reshaped cacao. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this natural and outcome as a possibility.
📦 International Orders:
If you're ordering from outside the EU, please be aware that your package may be delayed or held at customs. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and I are unable to assist or intervene in customs processes.

My standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days, but depending on product availability, it may take anywhere from 1 to 15 business days before your order is ready to ship. If you need your order fast, please let me know / purchase Express shipping at check-out.
Some of my most popular products (such as tarot and oracle decks and ceremonial cacao) are in extremely high demand at all times. Because I work exclusively with small-scale, ethical suppliers, restocking can take time. While my suppliers and I work professionally and strive to deliver both quality and timely service, we also honor the nature of what we offer. Our ceremonial cacao comes from small-scale farms, and our tarot and oracle decks are created by independent artists, not mass factories. This is, thankfully, not Amazon, and sometimes that means things take a little longer. While we aim for fast delivery whenever possible, I also do prioritize wellbeing, for ourselves, our partners, and the planet.

All orders include tracking, which you’ll receive once your label has been created.
For fast track please purchase Express Shipping at check-out. If you have forgotten to purchase it and need it after your order has been placed, you will be invited to pay for it via paypal.

On rare occasions, packages may be delayed in UPS transit facilities or during customs clearance. This is unfortunately completely out of my control, and I kindly ask for your understanding. If your package is significantly delayed, I am very sorry about that, and I’m always here to help and will do my best to support you through the process where I can.

Important Refunds & Reshipments Information
At Ayamani Naturals, I strive to ensure every order is processed accurately and delivered promptly. Please review the following policy to understand how shipping issues, returns, and reshipments are handled under various circumstance.
Shipping costs and custom duties & taxes are non-refundable.

Ayamani Naturals provides full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. If your order is returned or undelivered due to an error on my part (such as incorrect labeling or packaging), or if you have been delivered the wrong item(s), you are entitled to one of the following options:
A complimentary reshipment, or
A full refund, as preferred.

If a package is returned or undelivered due to:
An inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, or
Failure to collect the package from a designated pickup point or local post office,
then the following terms apply:
The order may be reshipped, with reshipment costs covered by the buyer.
Alternatively, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, even if the order qualified for "free shipping." Please note: "Free shipping" simply means the shipping cost is included in the product price you see listed — it does not mean the shipping was without cost.

If a package is returned or marked undeliverable for reasons beyond my control — such as:
The carrier being unable to locate the address,
The package being marked “unclaimed,” or
Any other unspecified issue not attributable to my fulfillment process,
then the order will be treated as a completed sale. In such cases:
A refund can be issued minus the original shipping cost, or
The package may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. This counts even if the order qualified for "free shipping." Please note: "Free shipping" simply means the shipping cost is included in the product price you see listed — it does not mean the shipping was without cost.
Additionally, if tracking shows that the package has arrived in the destination country but is delayed, held, or undeliverable for any reason not caused by my actions (such as customs delays, unclaimed packages, or local delivery issues), responsibility lies with the buyer to contact the local postal service or shipping carrier directly. I am not liable for resolving these issues once the package has reached the destination country.
Shipping costs remain non-refundable. If a buyer seeks a refund for the product under these circumstances, they must provide clear proof that they contacted the shipping carrier and were unable to reach a resolution for a refund of the product costs to be eligible.

Please be aware that Portuguese delivery addresses can occasionally be difficult for shipping carriers to locate, due to limitations in mapping services or lack of familiarity with certain remote regions.
If a package is returned for this reason, as unfortunately it happens extremely often:
I cannot be held responsible, and
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete, accurate, and easily findable by local delivery personnel, potentially by adding extra landmarks for easy findability by the courier.
If you are aware that post might have a hard time to reach your door, it is your responsiility to let me know in advance so we can convene on what the best shipping method for you will be.
If you are aware that certain postal carriers have a hard time reaching your door, it is your responsibility to let me know in advance so I know not to use said carriers and find an alternative for your delivery.
Returned packages due to these address-related issues will be subject to the standard return policy:
Refund minus original shipping cost, or
Reshipment at the buyer’s expense. even if the order qualified for "free shipping." Please note: "Free shipping" simply means the shipping cost is included in the product price you see listed — it does not mean the shipping was without cost.
Important: Shipments to PO Boxes (Apartados)
Please note that some shipping carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes (apartados) in Portugal. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to being addressed to a PO Box, the same return policy will apply:Refund minus the original shipping cost, or

Returned packages due to these address-related issues will be subject to this standard return policy.

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
Claims made after this period may no longer be eligible for refund or reshipment. -
For international extra-EU orders:
Delivery delays caused by customs processing are beyond my control.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will not be issued for packages delayed or held by customs or local authorities.

An “unclaimed” package is one that was held at a local postal facility but was not collected by the recipient within the designated time, resulting in a return to sender. This is not considered a seller error and will be treated according to the standard return policy.

Returned packages will be held for up to 30 days. If no response or reshipment request (with payment) is received within this period, the order will be considered abandoned and no further action will be taken.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is officially considered delivered and the responsibility shifts to the recipient and the carrier. As the sender, I unfortunately have no control or authority over the package at that point.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please note the following:
In many cases, the package may have been delivered to a neighbor, left in a safe location, or taken to a local pickup point.
Once the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled on my end.
I do not have access to additional delivery details beyond the tracking information provided by the carrier.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS in your country) directly to inquire about the delivery location.
As the carrier completed the delivery, they are best positioned to provide further information or GPS confirmation.
Unfortunately, I am not able to offer refunds or reshipments for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Orders that are shown to be 'in transit' by the track & trace are not eligible for refunds or reshipments at this stage, as this indicates the package is actively on its way to the destination.
